Refund and Return Policy

At Latyton Home Care Solutions, we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact

2. Return Process

  • Email us at support@latyton.com or call +91-7580998175 with your Order ID and issue description

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to send the item to our warehouse

  • Inspection will be done before approval of the return

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund includes product price and standard shipping charges (if applicable)

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products returned beyond the return window

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is offered only for defective or incorrect items

  • Replacement will be dispatched after inspection of returned product

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at contact@latyton.com

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
